Nutrition / Dietetics services

At Manly, we provide evidence-based nutrition therapy for prostate cancer, sperm health and fertility, cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, and eating disorders (including BED, ARFID, BN, and OSFED).

Our approach is grounded in science - we don’t follow fad diets or promote restrictive eating patterns that eliminate entire food groups. Instead, we focus on practical, sustainable strategies that support long-term health and are realistic to implement in everyday life.

While weight management may be a goal for some, it is not our primary focus. Rather, it is often a natural by-product of consistent, balanced lifestyle changes. We prioritise a holistic approach to health, supporting overall wellbeing and a positive relationship with food.

Individual sessions may be booked, or you can choose from our packages:
Starter (initial consultation + 1 review) or Standard (initial consultation + 3 reviews). Initial sessions run for 60 minutes, with review appointments lasting 30 minutes.
